LEATHERS & MATERIALS
This wallet is made of 100% Shell Cordovan leather, a rare and well-known leather manufactured from a particular layer of hide. Its layer exists only in equine hides and has its maximum thickness on the rump area. One horse hide only provides two little oval cordovan pieces or two shells. The entire tanning procedure lasts about six months using the centuries old method of pure vegetable tannage and hand finishing. The result is one of the finest leathers in the world, which is highly estimated for its unmatched durability and gorgeous patina.
DESIGN
The wallet is mixed in black and green to bring elegance and sophistication which is fully handcrafted one by one, step by step. It is hand stitched with linen thread using a traditional method called saddle stitch for its aesthetic and durability.
