Almost all our products are made to order, items only are made after payment received.

Due to handmade process, no items are identical, please allow approx. 5-10% variant of the complete products with the original design, which you wish to make. 

Colour of all images on our website might vary slightly due to shooting or lighting.

For made to order items:
If you want to make a similar item as shown on our website, just add to cart and check out the item, with notes for personalization, then make payment through Paypal, master/visa card or bank transfer.

If you want a different/special design, please email us your design, size and personalisation request.

For ready to ship items:
These items are ready to ship from Melbourne so just purchase directly from our store and it will arrive within 1 week.

Real leather or Faux Leather?

We only sell 100% genuine leather, except for lining of some bags, we might use high quality fabric. We have never used Faux/ Fake leather.

What type of leathers do you have?

We have a good range of leather tanning from very basic as cow, goat leather to special ones such as ostrich, crocodile, lizard, horse, stingray. We use high quality import leather from Europe to process our products.

For ready to ship items:
We accept return for the ready to ship items within 20 days, buyer pays return postage.

For made to order items:
We accept return in case of damaged or defective products, wrong items or specification. We will be responsible for shipping cost in these cases or changing the item at our expense.

Standard Delivery:
The expected time for standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days following order placement, except for made to order products, which we aim to deliver within 3 weeks of the order being placed. The shipping charge for standard delivery orders is $10.
*For shipments to remote and rural areas including, but not limited to regional Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia address please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Express Delivery
If express delivery is requested, your order will be prioritised and will arrive within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) from the time you receive email shipping confirmation. The shipping charge for domestic express delivery orders is $15.
