Returns Policy:

• For ready-to-ship items: We accept returns within 30 days, buyer pays return postage.
• For made-to-order items: We accept returns in case of damaged or defective products, wrong items, or specifications. We will be responsible for shipping costs in these cases or changing the item at our expense.

Delivery within Australia:

• Standard Delivery:
  The expected time for standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days following order placement, except for made-to-order products. The shipping charge for standard delivery orders is 6$.
  *For shipments to remote and rural areas including, but not limited to regional Northern Territory, Queensland, and Western Australia address please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
• Express Delivery
  If express delivery is requested, your order will be prioritized and will arrive within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) from the time you receive email shipping confirmation. The shipping charge for express shipping orders is 12$.

International Delivery:

• Standard Delivery:
  The expected time for standard delivery is 15-20 business days following order placement or additional 5 days for made-to-order products, which we aim to deliver within 4 weeks of the order being placed. The shipping charge for standard delivery orders is 15$.
• Express Delivery
  If express delivery is requested, your order will be prioritized and will arrive within 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) from the time you receive email shipping confirmation. The shipping charge for express shipping orders is 60$.
